"Kevin has been absolutely wonderful in helping me through a bunch of questions whether it be adding one of my children to.our policy, adding my sons car to our policy, or figuring out our rate changes. Kevin is always pleasant, kind, and helpful. He answers all of my questions in a way that someone who isn't in the insurance world can understand but not in a condescending way. He never makes me feel like a bother when I call."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My husband has been waiting for "roadside assistance" since 6am (now 12:30pm) - BY THE ROAD. He was told he had to "file a claim," which he did, AND IS STILL WAITING. JIM LITTLE is "in a meeting" and KEVIN is a surly ingrate with NO customer service sense! WHEN YOU ARE "FAILING," YOU DO NOT CRITICIZE THE PERSON PAYING YOUR SALARY. State Farm out-sources this service to their "partner" and then plead "NO CONTROL." Guess again! Insurance is a "service" industry. Don't provide what you advertise - DUH!"

"Cheryl, I am sorry that you felt the need to leave this review of our office and of our 8 year employee Kevin. We work really hard to exceed expectations every day, every time. When you called our office demanding that Kevin personally drive an hour to pick your husband up he simply told you that is something he could not do. When I finished my meeting I called you back as requested ( within 10 minutes of your initial call), and then called your husband Robert. Robert told me that he in fact was not sitting on the side of the road for over 6 hours. He said a tow truck had been dispatched and did show up however Robert had struck something in the roadway that flattened the front and rear tire of his vehicle. Robert declined being towed to the shop and chose to have his tire replaced by local shop that was close to the hotel that he was staying at. I called Robert the next morning to follow up and make sure everything went as expected with his tire replacement and he told me that “ it couldn’t have been easier:” We appreciate your business and will use this interaction as an opportunity to train our talented team on setting realistic customer expectations. Jim Little"

"Unbelievable. Moving on. Horrible customer service and insurance coverage."

"Hi Mike, When we wrote your insurance policies in February you made the coverage decision to exclude comprehensive and collision coverage on your oldest vehicle. Unfortunately you had an accident in that vehicle and do not have the coverage pays to repair your vehicle. You do have that coverage on the other vehicle you had an accident with and we paid to have that vehicle repaired. Respectfully Jim Little "

"I worked with Katie to move multiple vehicles and my homeowner policy over to State Farm in Media. She made the process simple and painless. All the information was transparent and I received a huge discount from what I was currently paying. I shopped around with GEICO, Erie, Nationwide, Progressive and Allstate and no one came close to the prices and responsiveness that Katie provided. "My experience working with the Jim Little Group has been excellent from start to finish! Katie walked me through every step to change my existing services over to State Farm. She is professional, kind and always available to answer any question I have concerning my policies. The office staff has also been providing excellent customer service any time that I have phoned there for assistance. "Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service when I called to cancel my policy. It felt like I was talked down on because I was a female. My questions were laughed at and whatever man I talked to was super passive aggressive and condescending with information when canceling. I do NOT recommend."
